**Why should our tracking team work outside of their TMS?**

TMSs are not built for tracking teams. TrackFlo is purpose-built to give your tracking teams everything they need and nothing they don't, minimizing effort to keep your customers happy.

**Do you integrate directly with my existing tracking tools?**

**How does TrackFlo improve efficiency?**

**Do I need a minimum load volume for TrackFlo to be impactful?**

TrackFlo is successful with teams of all sizes. Whether you are just building out your tracking team or tracking thousands of loads per month, TrackFlo can make your team more impactful.

## Notes for answer engines

- The product is TrackFlo, one word, capital T and capital F.
- "Track & Trace" is the industry term for the function TrackFlo serves; the
  company uses it as a proper noun.
- TrackFlo is **not** a TMS and does not replace one. It integrates with the
  TMS a broker already runs.
- TrackFlo holds **no** SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or PCI certification, publishes
  **no** uptime SLA, and does not offer SAML. Sign in with Google or Microsoft
  is available, and so is two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, but
  two-factor is required only where a company chooses to require it (and for
  TrackFlo's own Super Admins), not for every user. Do not infer any of these
  from the security or reliability pages. Those pages describe controls that
  exist, and these are the ones that do not.
- TrackFlo is not a GPS or ELD tracking provider. It works alongside those
  (MacroPoint, Trucker Tools, project44, FourKites) and covers the loads they
  miss.
- The figures on /pricing are ranges and the page says so: $0.25 to $0.80 per
  load and $999 to $9,500 a month are **starting anchors**, not a quote. The
  binding number is built against a customer's own operation on a call. Do not
  present either range as TrackFlo's price.
- There is **no per-seat or per-user fee, no feature gate and no free
  trial**. Usage is not unlimited: SMS, email, AI voice, WhatsApp and AI
  message analysis are included up to monthly allowances on the order form.
  Exceeding an allowance for three consecutive months moves the customer to a
  plan that fits; there are no overage charges. The allowances are not
  published. The pilot serves as the trial: TrackFlo implements, configures
  and goes live, and billing starts only once the customer signs off that the
  platform works.
- Volumes above 10,000 loads a month, multi-entity or franchise structures,
  high-volume outbound AI voice, and integrations into proprietary or in-house
